When you order Mario 3DS, the game data from the previous owner is still saved on it. If you want to start fresh, you'll need to reset the game. Here's how to delete the save data in Super Pokémon Rumble:
1. Hold down the A, B, X, and Y buttons in the 3DS startup menu.
2. Launch Super Pokémon Rumble.
3. Release the buttons at the title screen.
4. A message will appear asking if you want to delete your saved data. (to delete the previous saved data)
5. You can now proceed to delete it.

In Easterly Town, the second town, there is a Munna. It asks for a password.

After entering the code, a sparkling Groudon will appear in 3-3 Firebreathing Mountain.
