On your way to the ice stadium in Inazuma Eleven Go: Shadow, there's a turnoff where you'll find someone standing, with a chest behind them. Press your 'L' button to tilt the screen. If you look closely, you'll see a path through the trees that leads you to a patch of snow further along. There, you'll also find a treasure chest containing the Ivy Selective ticket. (P.S.: Ivy Selective is part of Millie's competition route).
