How can you quickly gain experience for your Clerics in Fire Emblem Awakening?

You can level up your Clerics and other classes that use Staves very quickly in Fire Emblem Awakening. Simply have your Cleric use Heal repeatedly.
1. Defeat all enemies except one.
2. Position yourself so that the last enemy can't kill anyone.
3. Switch weapons or place them in the Convoy so you can't deal damage to the enemy.
4. Each turn, you'll be attacked and can use Heal.
When you don't have enough money to buy a stack of Heals, you should sell items that provide 2 Strength, 2 Speed, etc. These are worth 2500 gold, which you can then use to purchase more Heals.

Are you feeling a bit hot under the collar and struggling to get through certain levels? Here are two easy ways to help you out:
Quick method: costs £2.50
Download the DLC (downloadable content) Golden Gaffle; the enemies won’t attack you unless you attack them first, plus they drop a ton of money. A great way to level up in Fire Emblem: Awakening.
The slow but free method:
Early in the game, after a few chapters, you can enable StreetPass. No, I’m not talking about battling each other, but rather the CPU teams. Just pick a weak team from the StreetPass menu and fight against them. You can do this as many times in a row as you like. You can also buy cool items from these teams without having to battle them, and you can recruit the leader.

How can I prevent boss abuse in Fire Emblem?
Retrogast |

Only true Fire Emblem fans know what I'm talking about. Boss abusing. First, you need to make sure the final boss has no weapons left by using a strong character as a meat shield until the boss's weapon breaks, leaving them helpless. Then, you can hit them with a weak character for loads of experience, and since the boss usually sits on a throne and heals health, you can do this infinitely. Until your weapons run out, after which you come out with some seriously strong characters from a level.
The creators of the Fire Emblem series have caught on to this and have taken measures against it (you can no longer boss abuse in lunatic and lunatic + mode), check out this YouTube video.

Are you fed up with constantly turning your 3DS on and off, waiting ages when a character dies or when you want to do something in a specific way in Fire Emblem: Awakening? Here’s the solution: soft reset. You can activate this by pressing the L+R+start+select buttons at the same time. This will take you back to the title screen, allowing you to jump straight back into the game instead of waiting 15 seconds for the 3DS to boot up and load the game, etc. It’s also better for your 3DS since you won’t be turning it on and off all the time. This is known as a hard reset. Here’s a video showing how to use the soft reset. You’ll definitely need it, especially on higher difficulty levels, and it will save you a lot of time.
