Disney Infinity for the Nintendo 3DS offers a tailored experience of the well-known toys-to-life concept, but it doesn't quite capture the magic of the console versions. When I see my favourite Disney characters in action, it's enjoyable in itself, but the gameplay soon feels limited and repetitive. Instead of the open world and creative freedom found on other consoles, the 3DS version focuses mainly on minigames that revolve around the use of the physical figures. This makes it feel more like a party game, which I personally didn't expect from Disney Infinity.
